Rotational Moulding Machine

We are manufacturing a wide range of optimum quality rotational moulding machines. In this range, we have water tank moulding and 4 & 2 arm biaxial and shuttle machines. These are largely used in the manufacture of complex-shaped plastic items. Our tools are made up of two halves that are positioned on a horizontal turntable: an upper and a lower half. Molten plastic is pumped into the mould as the two halves are fastened together and rotated at high speed. To produce goods with a uniform, smooth finish, our rotational moulding machines enable the molten plastic to evenly coat the surface of the mould.
